We Are Listening was a podcast produced by a San Diego Repertory Theatre in partnership with La Jolla Playhouse and The Old Globe that celebrated and discussed Black theatre artists, creatives, administrators, and workers and was hosted by Jacole Kitchen, La Jolla Playhouse Director of Arts Engagement and In House Casting, and San Diego REP Director of Venue Experience and Artistic Associate, Ahmed Kenyatta Dents. We Are Listening recorded 43 episodes before concluding in June of 2022 due to the shutdown of San Diego REP.
